Legal Advisor - Lisa A. Gray, J.D. 
Ms. Gray is a skilled facilitator and trainer who exceeds customer objectives. She provides her client base with expert training services using the latest adult learning methodologies to teach students difficult concepts. She is self-employed as a sole proprietorship providing mediation, cultural diversity training, investigative and legal services. Her client base includes private industry, churches, non-profits and government.She had a distinguished career as a trial attorney for the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), where she enforced worker health and safety laws, and was the recipient of several performance awards. Her work at DOL included laws governing OSHA, MSHA, MSPB and OFCCP. She also represented whistle-blowers under the various protective statutes, and is considered an expert among her peers for handling these cases, and regularly received performance awards. She investigates sexual harassment complaints and administrative grievances for federal agencies, producing comprehensive, well-written reports which exceed EEOC requirements. Ms. Gray is also an alternative dispute specialist with more than 20 years of experience as a mediator, and skilled in other methods of ADR including conflict coaching and ombuds. Her business provides remedial EEO and preventive sexual harassment training. She also teaches mediation for managers and employees. Her portfolio includes the facilitation of cultural diversity and community entry training for nonprofits seeking to serve impoverished communities. Ms. Gray has more than 25 years of multifaceted experience in labor and employment law. She has worked in unionized environments, where she has developed the skill to understand collective bargaining agreements and build bridges between labor and management officials. Ms. Gray has practiced every aspect of the federal EEO process from pre-complaint counseling to adjudication of final agency decisions. Her background includes long-term contract work as an EEO Specialist and case manager for federal agencies including the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the U.S. Department of Interior, the U.S. Department of Transportation and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, among others.  

Founder, CEO - Christella
Christella, a native of Jersey City, NJ, is an educator and entrepreneur who loves God, loves family, and has a passion to see youths and young adults mature into productive, God-fearing citizens. Christella received a Bachelor of Music Education degree from Howard University (Washington, DC) and a Master of Education Administration degree from Grand Canyon University (Phoenix, AZ). Currently residing in Maryland, Christella serves as the programs developer for Kingdom Citizens Youth Empowerment, Inc.   
SRB Chair - Lisa Chandler  
Lisa Chandler is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She pursued her undergraduate education at Howard University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering in 1992. Most recently, she earned a Master of Arts degree from Wesley Theological Seminary in May 2008. In March 2003 she became a licensed minister, and in May 2012 was ordained an Elder by the Mount Calvary Holy Church of America. Lisa currently serves on the ministerial team of Zion Church in Landover, MD.  Lisa has a passion for helping people discover the beauty, unique gifting, purpose, tenacity, greatness and POWER that God has placed in each of us. She and her husband, Elder Jeffrey A. Chandler, have organized Abiding Faith Ministries, Inc. (AFM), a community ministry that empowers men, women, and families to live ALL BY FAITH! Within AFM Lisa has established W.O.N.D.E.R.FU.L. Wives, a ministry that provides a forum for married women to share the joys and challenges of being a wife, while also supporting one another as they journey through the various seasons of womanhood and marriage. While AFM enables Lisa to focus her passion in spiritual matters, she also expresses her passion in her professional life as well. Though she has experienced great success professionally, she recognizes that minorities are still very much underrepresented and is therefore dedicated to preparing youth and young adults for success in STEM careers. Each day Lisa embraces the truth of Ephesians 3:20, “Now unto HIM that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the POWER that worketh in us…” and looks forward with excitement and expectation to what God shall continue to do in her and through her.


SRB Member - Kimberlei Richardson, Ph.D
Dr. Kimberlei Richardson, a native of Atlanta Georgia, earned her BS in chemistry from Howard University in 1996. After graduating from Howard, Dr. Richardson enrolled at the Howard University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences where she earned her PhD in Pharmacology. Dr. Richardson later conducted postdoctoral training in neuropharmacology and drug addiction at Johns Hopkins Hospital and the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC). During her postdoctoral training, she was the recipient of the Grass Foundation Fellowship, the American Psychological Association Neuroscience Fellowship, and the MUSC award for outstanding research. Dr. Richardson is a tenured Professor in the Department of Pharmacology at Howard University College of Medicine. Since joining the faculty, she has been awarded the Charles and Mary Latham Trust Award and NIH funding for biomedical research. Additionally, she is a member of several professional societies and organizations. Dr. Richardson is a faithful member of Greater Mt. Calvary Holy Church in Washington, DC, where she serves in several ministries.
